Limited free parking is available, however this is in a public car park so spaces are on a first come, first served basis.
We will have a team of stewards to direct you to parking spaces on the day.
Tea and coffee will be provided during designated breaks.
A light lunch will be served on the Saturday which is included in your ticket price.
For Saturday dinner, there are plenty of local restaurants and cafes, some within walking distance and others just a short drive away.
There are two small steps up to the rear entrance of the venue. If you require wheelchair access, please let us know in advance and we will have a ramp available for you.
We do not have a specific programme for children at this conference.
Nursing mothers are welcome to sit in the coffee lounge where a live video feed of sessions will be available.
